Below is some useful information on online booking. You can see how we process your information, how you will receive your receipt for a purchase, and much more. “SUPPLIER” below is used as a synonym for Odsherred Camping ApS.
Payment
Like all other places on the website, all prices indicated in the SUPPLIER’s online booking system are given in Danish kroner including VAT and all charges unless otherwise noted and clearly indicated in the situation in question.
Payment in online booking is via one of the approved payment/credit cards, including Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. No fee is charged for transactions made via online booking.
Information on internet commerce
You can use our online internet booking system with confidence. As a consumer, you are protected against any misuse of your credit card over the internet. There is therefore no risk to you personally if your payment card is misused over the internet. Transmission and supply
When booking and paying for a cabin, a hired tent, a space for your own tent or a space for your own caravan, a contract from the SUPPLIER will be displayed, indicating the account for your purchase. The contract can be printed out from the website after the booking has been made, and an e-mail is also sent immediately after the purchase if a correct e-mail address is given by the buyer.
The product ordered is supplied on arrival at the SUPPLIER on the arrival date (and concluded on departure on the departure date). Both of these dates are given in the above contract.
Right of cancellation and refund
You can cancel your booking on the following terms:
- If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, the full amount less a reservation fee of DKK 300 will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 7 days before arrival, half of the amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, there is no refund.
Recording of information
The SUPPLIER will record your name, address, e-mail and other information given in connection with the purchase in his customer card file. This information will not be disclosed to third parties, but the SUPPLIER retains the records for five years.
The SUPPLIER uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to protect the information which you supply.
Credit card payments are processed via a secure server which encrypts the information before it is transmitted over the internet.
Complaints
If you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase for one reason or another and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or call the telephone number below.
Complaints concerning the booking procedure, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time of discovery of the fault, or the time when the fault should have been discovered in an ordinary review of your contract. Complaints may be made in writing or verbally. Unless otherwise agreed, the right to complain under Section 83(1) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act ceases one year after receipt of the good (the stay).
When the SUPPLIER receives your complaint about a good, the complaint will be handled as quickly as possible. The SUPPLIER will decide whether to issue a refund, make an exchange or give a reduction in price.
